Out on the Water

Rue grinned, excited to be setting sail for the first time as a pirate.

[Dreamer]

Ari was up standing by Rue. "So how much longer captain?'

"Shouldn't be long now." Kaori said, standing nearby, looking around the lake, seeing land, nearby, along with the port.

[Bynd]

(We gotta be prepared, cuz the ports under attack. At this point their a lot stronger than us)

Rue stood at the very front of the ship. "Hey, the pirates we saw before are there!"

[Dreamer]

Ari looked over to see. "Hey your right! It is them!"

[...Hikari.no.Yami...]

Kaori frowned. "We should be ready since those pirates are led by a Pirate Lord, Empoleon, and it looks like they are raiding the place. Either that or we skip this port." Kaori said with her eyes closed, concentrating.

[Bynd]

"Well, let's go check it out!" Rue said grinning.

[...Hikari.no.Yami...]

"Alright, just be ready for battle." Kaori said opening her eyes, knowing exactly what was happening there.

[Dreamer]

"Alright then!" Ari said. "So we'll be there real soon?" This was directed to Kaori.

[...Hikari.no.Yami...]

"Yes. That's why I said to be ready for battle." Kaori said, before making a map appear out of no where.

[Dreamer]

Ari shrugged. "Alrighty then."He said.

[Bynd]

"Prepare to dock!" Rue said seeing the port get closer.

[Dreamer]

"Aye aye captain!" Ari said once again and began to get ready.

[temporal]

a chatot landed on the railing. it was deathly tired, as well as injured, yet held it's head up proud. near the port, a ship sailed, following the bird. the chatot spoke, it's voice proud yet tired. "pirate lord and captain of the mist, Empoleon will arrive shortly." with that, the chatot flew back to The Mist, disappearing in the distance.

The small Natu breathed heavily. Where the hell was he...? Oh wait, yeah, that's right, flying on a never ending trail above the deep blue sea. The sun was in his eyes, and he hated it, wincing often, the apparent slightly blooded scar on his left eye only making things worse.

He looked up, confused, and chirped to himself, 'My... pirates...?'

'Sounds like my kind of people.' He gave a crooked grin, tried to freshen himself, and he felt the obvious pain that proved to him that his wings were giving way at this point.

And in the distance, she flicked her hair back gently, biting her lip, and hesitating, walked off, disappearing into the slight fog that was apparent.

Rue ran to the side of his ship to look at The Mist. "Yep, here he comes. Wow."

[temporal]

empoleon launched himself from the railing. flying down, he froze the sailing ship and the surrounding yard of water. he plopped down in the water, before springing back out with aqua jet. he landed squarely on the deck, and laughed, a menacing laugh to be sure. "what a miserable bunch of sailors! we're taking everything, berries, food, cash, and your cannons and cannon balls. I'm also gonna have a little "talk" with your doctor." he paused, then laughed. "you know? I'm a generous pirate lord, unlike roux and oda, I'll leave you your cannons." more laughter. Chatt flew over. "what are you doing here chatt? i told you to stay in the ship with four arms." "he's regained consciousness captain." Empoleon grew serious. "then guard them while i take the loot. knock them around a bit if you want." he turned and entered the ship.

[Bynd]

(I don't have a doctor, I have a navigator)

Rue ran around to block Empoleon. "Hey, you can't steal from other pirates!"

-The water was still choppy and dangerous, crushing the ice easily under the pressure. Rain poured from te sky making everything around look tinted gray.-

[temporal]

{i know. that's so i have a reason to attack, heal us)
"Chatt, you hearing this? the kid thinks we can't loot him! you've got guts kid, if you weren't in my way i'd give you an autograph. but since you are..." he stepped back, then spun forward in drill peck. "i'll have to knock you down. bring you crew, i'll bring mine." he stepped around Rue, then took him by the shell. "and you don't want that." he wispered, his face an inch away from rue's. Empoleon tossed him back to Chatt, then walked into the ship.

(hm.... no. )

Rue skid on the deck, but managed to get up. He ran to the edge of the ship. "Oh, no you don't!" He said before firing a Hydro Pump down at some of the ice that managed to linger. The pressure began to rock the ship, and with one large wave from the storm, the ship jerked, nearly tipping over.

Roux stood looking out at the storm, hile Tuu rushed around checking his calculations. "So when's it gonna hit?" The large dragon asked.

The Pichu looked up. "Pretty soon."

"Alright men, get ready!" Roux yelled. He walked to the head of his ship where he saw that Empoleon was raiding another ship. "He don't know when ta quit do he?"

[temporal]

"my ship!" Empoleon grabbed rue and dove overboard. he blasted the ship upright with hydro pump, then used drill peck on rue, before jumping out of the water with aqua jet. he landed on his own ship, then ran to the crew quarters. he kicked four arms. "fight, and your involved. get out and fight! he picked up four arms, struggleing with the weigh. when they finally got up, four arms was dropped on the deck. he climbed to his feet, then leaped across to the other ship. empoleon dove underwater, and swam to rue's ship, then used drill peck strait down. the resulting whirlpool quickly caght the two ships, and Empoleon as well. "but I won't drown" thought happily.

Roux manuvered his ship to avoid the whirlpool. "What an idiot."

"Cap't it's coming!" Tuu shouted.

"Full sail!" Roux responded. Hedei and Jave had transformed into their human forms and were helping the Gengar and Zangoose open the ships sails.

The Dragonite looked over at the smaller ship Empoleon was looting. "If you don't wanna drown, you'd better open sail!" He yelled.

Rue, who had fainted from the Drill Peck, blinked his eyes open. Someone had shouted over the storm and he looked over to see a large red ship with it's sails open. Wait, that was.... "Pirate Lord Roux D. Drake!"

The Wartortle stood on shaky legs, then ran to the sails of his ship. He used his claws to slash through the ropes keeping his sails in. The first thing to do in a storm was to pull in the sails, but he'd heard about Roux from his grandfather, and he felt that he could trust him.

The whirlpool was sucking the sailing ship and the Mist down deeper and deeper, and Rue was sure the smaller ship would be crushed.

Then a new current started and caught all three ships. It began to rise, until the ships were actually in the air, going straight up.

Roux looked over to see Empoleon swimming in the rising water. "Forget about the Cloudward while on land, penguin?"

The current took them up and up, shifting them to a new destination!

Just as the other ships left, Oda sailed to that spot. "You know Pamu, I feel as if something important happened here." Oda said to the Aipom.

"Whatever you say captain!" Pamu said, climbing all around the ship.

(you wanna go out to sea too?)

(Sure!)

The current whipped up suddenly, taking the Fang into the air. It was quick and soon the pirates were sailing through the air.

The Fang Pirates: land on Route 1 near Gull Isle
